This course is designed to prepare the student for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam. The course is 4 days in length and provides the 35 project management education hours required to sit for the PMP® examination. In addition to PMP® preparation, the student will also learn essential skills for managing projects. This 1-day session is designed for students who are almost ready to take the PMP® certification exam but would like an intense review of the exam content. Students should be thoroughly familiar with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) and should have begun studying for the exam. The course covers all of the PMBOK® Guide knowledge areas and focuses on the areas students find most challenging. The course provides a review of the types of questions students should expect on the exam. It is assumed that the student has the experience required to obtain the PMP® designation.

The PMI-ACP® recognizes skill in using Agile tools and techniques to successfully navigate complex projects towards satisfactory outcomes. This course covers all topics listed in the PMI-ACP® Examination Content Outline and may be used to satisfy agile education required for certification. Although this course is designed for students pursuing the PMI-ACP® credential, it is appropriate for anyone who wants to understand or utilize agile techniques to better leverage the benefits. Project or program managers, team members, resource or line managers, and technical resources will all benefit from this course. If you already hold a certification with the Project Management Institute, this course may be used to satisfy up to 24 PDUs.

This intense, 1-day course is designed for students with prior agile training who need to focus their knowledge and apply it to the PMI-ACP® certification exam. The Program Management Professional (PgMP)® Certification has been developed to enhance the qualifications of the project professional who leads the coordinated management of multiple projects. This course explains the PgMP® eligibility criteria and certification process. It examines the necessary knowledge and program management concepts required to pass the certification exam. This course supports A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®’s) Standard for Program Management, as well as the Program Management Professional (PgMP)® Examination Specification. This 3-day course is designed to fully prepare the student for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® certification. The CAPM® certification offers recognition to practitioners who are starting a career in project management as well as project team members who wish to demonstrate their project management knowledge. This certification denotes that the student possesses the knowledge of principles and terminology from A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
